集團每(mei)年(nian)舉(ju)行“五好(hao)文明家庭(ting)”評選,開設(she)“家和萬事(shi)興”宣傳專欄,積(ji)極(ji)推(tui)崇孝老愛親(qin)傳統美(mei)德(de),關愛女職工,幫扶貧困職工家庭(ting)。
暢通溝通機制,了解職工的困難和需求。推進民(min)主(zhu)管理,召(zhao)開職(zhi)代(dai)會,征(zheng)集職(zhi)工(gong)民(min)生方面意(yi)見(jian)建議(yi),及(ji)時(shi)了(le)解(jie)和掌(zhang)握職(zhi)工(gong)思(si)想動態和現實(shi)需(xu)求(qiu)。深(shen)入各部門(men)、各項(xiang)目部了(le)解(jie)職(zhi)工(gong)家庭中未成年子女、老人、病人的(de)情況,了(le)解(jie)職(zhi)工(gong)的(de)困難(nan)和需(xu)求(qiu)。
優化工作制度,幫助職工平衡工作和家庭責任。結(jie)合職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)訴求信息,參照《勞動法(fa)》《婦(fu)女(nv)(nv)權益保護(hu)法(fa)》等法(fa)律法(fa)規,將(jiang)幫助(zhu)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)平衡工(gong)(gong)作和(he)家(jia)庭責任的(de)措施內容納入(ru)集體合同和(he)女(nv)(nv)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)權益保護(hu)專(zhuan)項合同。大力宣傳倡導男(nan)女(nv)(nv)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)共(gong)同承擔家(jia)庭責任的(de)理(li)念,積極開展(zhan)女(nv)(nv)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)普法(fa)宣傳月系列(lie)活動;在職(zhi)(zhi)業發展(zhan)機會(hui)和(he)待遇(yu)上(shang)實行男(nan)女(nv)(nv)平等、同工(gong)(gong)同酬;根據職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)的(de)需要建立工(gong)(gong)會(hui)媽媽小屋,打造“五(wu)彩(cai)假期”班。
加強關懷幫扶,幫助職工解決后顧之憂。關注職工(gong)身心健(jian)康(kang),邀請知名專(zhuan)家(jia)來公(gong)司開展健(jian)康(kang)科普講座,為困(kun)(kun)難職工(gong)家(jia)庭(ting)申(shen)請大病救助金(jin)、金(jin)秋助學(xue)金(jin),走訪慰問大病職工(gong)、困(kun)(kun)難家(jia)庭(ting),切實幫(bang)助職工(gong)解(jie)決后顧(gu)之憂。
